ADULT CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Ballet (Beginning)
Anyone can start learning ballet! We will start you with barre work and first ballet steps based on classical Russian technique. Ballet will help you develop grace, lyricism, coordination, strength and focus.

Ballet (Int/Adv)- a class for students with a good grasp of barre and center work. Join this high-energy ballet class for a fun and challenging class.


Hula Dance  Enjoy the passion of the Islands - increase your gracefulness of movement - learn to dance the Hawaiian way with native hawaiian Nicole Taniguchi. (sorry unlimited pass does not apply to this class)

Modern Dance- Modern Dance is based on natural, expressive, and sequential movements. This class expresses individuality and encourages the students to express a broad range of movement qualities.

Pure Barre- this class fuses ballet, Lotte Berk excercises, modern dance, and Pilates to create the most intense 45 min full body strength workout possible. The class builds slowly to warm the body up and uses all major muscle groups for isolated and isometric exercises.

exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health
